The room was great, big, clean, comfy and quiet. The reception was responsive but couldn't help us too much. The buffet breakfast was amazing full of choices and tasty food. Hotel facilities are very good - private clean beach, water slides, nice gym and sauna. Also had fun activities during the day and free shuttles to the main attractions.

The staff are incredibly attentive and polite, the breakfasts are varied and delicious, and the rooms are clean and equipped with everything you might need. Food was so good, they are changed everyday. Very good location ( close to everything) free bus and tuk tuk to Grandworld, Vinwonder and Safari and even airport. Staffs are super friendly. Nice rooms, pool and beach.

Property location is perfect. Staffs are attentive and can speak english well. Breakfast buffet has a lot of variety. Shuttle tram ride is nicer than shuttle bus. Room is clean and spacious. Bathroom is clean and spacious. Love the beach the most! Clean beach with no stones. Not crowded at all. Water is not too deep, suitable for children. Sea water is in perfect temperature.

This is my first time in Phu Quoc and this hotel… I am staying with my family (me, wife and 3 children). We are so happy to choose this hotel and the reasons are as follows: 1) free transfer is provided (should be informed earlier before arrival); 2) very delicious food (especially for children; Italian pasta is available and my children were very happy; it is important for us because they couldn’t eat anything in my previous trip to Thailand before coming to Phu Cuoc); 3) staff is very kind and ready to help any time (Nguyet, 👋 hello! And buffet restaurant staff Than - If I am not mistaken); Trinh is the best guest relations officer!! Also, millions thanks to receptionist Thinh Quang who helped us a lot with valuable information about hotel and Phu Cuoc overall!!!! 🙏🏻👍✅✔️🫶 4) best location (beach, near to Wonderworld), free shuttle bus is provided… Thank you very much!!! Very 5 star treatment, kids club is awesome and everything you could want or need in a resort. Incredible stay. room service is much cheaper for breakfast than the buffet but no cereals available on room service mostly traditional Vietnamese breakfast.
